Getech supports six different charities each year. Since September we have donated money to the Samaritans of Leeds, Guide Dogs – Leeds Mobility Team, St Gemma’s Hospice, Simon on the Streets and Days for Girls. Several Getech employees are continuing to support Days for Girls by making kits for them. We will soon be donating money to The Disabilities Trust.
Monthly proceeds from the office tuck shop are donated to the charities and we also arrange special funding activities; over the last few months, these have included a raffle and a Christmas jumper day. An upcoming funding activity is The Great Getech Bake Off.
In addition, we arrange a monthly themed collection from staff for charity shops or for food banks.
