Getech’s Dr Geoffrey Dawson will be presenting a poster entitled “Comparing the re-tracking of the LRM and SAR modes of CryoSat-2 to improve satellite-derived gravity near the coast” at the Living Planet Symposium 2016 in Prague next week.
The conference, which runs from 9 to 13 May, 2016, is hosted by the European Space Agency (ESA) and brings together a diverse range of Earth scientists who will discuss and share results based on data from the ESA’s Earth Observation Programme.
Geoffrey’s poster forms part of the Solid Earth & Near Earth Posters Session; it can be viewed in the Chamber Hall from the opening of the conference programme on Tuesday, 10 May, 2016 through to its close on Thursday, 12 May, 2016. The poster presents some of the methodologies Getech has used in our recent Multi-Satellite Altimeter Gravity Programme. If you have any questions, you will be able to find Geoffrey beside his poster in the Chamber Hall from 17:00 to 19:00 on both the Tuesday and Wednesday.
