The Company’s ordinary shares are listed on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, under the symbol “GTC”. The Company is not listed on any other exchanges or trading platforms.

The Company’s issued share capital consists of 152,746,818 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.25 pence each, each share having equal voting rights.

In accordance with the AIM Rule 26, insofar as the Company is aware, 19.4% of the Company’s issued share capital is not in public hands.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities.
