Pre-survey QC checks include:

• Heading error
• Lag test
• Figure of merit/compensation
• Base station calibrations
• Archive arrangements
• Equipment audit

During the survey data are monitored regularly to ensure compliance with contract specifications, including:

• Flying height
• X and Y location
• GPS statics
• GPS satellite coverage
• Magnetic diurnal
• Magnetic noise
• Gravity data saturations
• Local IGRF
• Spikes and tare detection
• Levelling/cross over errors

Post-acquisition, we check the final processed data visiting contractor offices if necessary.
